For each of these groups, Jan has led workshops on the management of precious resources needed for strategy implementation. Specifically – time and people. All done through an interpreter – which gives a challenging and fun twist to workshop facilitation.

I recorded the lectures that Jan lead in full on video, and now the whole group want to have copies of these for their own archives.
