Silly celebrations can make things fun. Lighten the load. Break the tension. They can even boost sales, morale and productivity.
But it’s important to remember that the foundation of good morale and productivity is to hire the right people, give them clear roles, responsibilities, goals and expectations. And give them good training and coaching which direction, feedback, recognition and support from a trusted manager or coach.
