Brainteaser #5

One way to be a better manager is to run better meetings.  Use one or more of our brainteasers to start or revive or end a meeting. A great way to shift the brain, spark new energy, maybe even cause a giggle or a smile. All of which can help you boost morale and productivity.

Instructions:  Pose the scenario below to the group.  Ask for a few minutes of quiet individual think time.  Then open it up for group discussion…and solution.  If you have a large group and would like a bit of friendly competition, divide into smaller groups of 4 or 5 and ask each group to come up with a written solution.  After about 5 minutes, gather all groups together, collect the solutions and read them outloud.

Scenario:

What if you are locked in a room with a bat and a ball?
How can you get out?
