Are you chasing customers away?

Harry is 77 years old, and he has lived in the same house for 40 years.

His home and yard are lovely – full of memories, familiarity, convenience, comfort – and paid for.

Some of his friends have moved to retirement communities. He has considered that from time to time. But it has never seemed quite right.

Plus – it doesn’t seem necessary. He is strong and healthy. Still walks two miles each day, does volunteer work two days per week, takes long road trips, does his own home repairs – does the same for friends and family too.

One day, he heard about a new retirement development where a friend had moved. He went to visit and loved it! There was a unit being built on a corner lot – just like he liked.

He told his daughters about it, sent them pictures of it and took them to see it. They loved it, too!

He put the unit on hold and was ready to sign the papers. There were just a few minor revisions he wanted to make.

Find out what happened next in our new e-book. And use it to help you and your teammates avoid chasing customers away. It’s the perfect time for such discussions. Get details below.
