10 Tips for Avoiding Failure

Leaders can boost morale, productivity and overall performance by getting input and involvement from others. Then again, like most good things, if taken too far, this practice can backfire.

One thing a leader can do to avoid backfire, is to have a list of parameters or values.  An example of this is The Lone Ranger Creed.
