August 14 is National Creamsicle Day.

Celebrate on the 12th….the 14th…or whenever you’d like.  Perhaps at your staff meeting on Monday?

Just grab a box and deliver desk to desk, to each of your colleagues. Buy a box and deliver to a client. Pass a box around at a staff meeting.

Use them to help you celebrate Mistake Management Month.  Or do it for no reason at all.    Other than to do something different. A bit of fun. To loosen things up. Break the tension. Break down walls.

While all of this might seem like nonsense, there’s a real good chance that it will help you with some serious business like boosting productivity, morale, the economy – even customer loyalty.

There is certainly wisdom in all of that.
