6. When they are made, more people will be ready to react and respond the way we would, if not better.
7. Which means less of this will need to go through us.

9. Customers will be happier.
10. Fewer customers will be lost.
11. Customers will be more committed to us.
12. Fewer team members will be lost.
13. Productivity will be higher.
14. Team morale will be higher.
15. We will have more time for proactive work.
16. We will make more of our goals.
17. People will have more confidence in us.
18. They will be talking at the water cooler about how we’ve become much better leaders.

That would be a lot to celebrate!
