Great American Grump Out

Today is the 10th Annual  Great American Grump Out.    That means no grumping, frowning, complaining or hitting for 24 hours.

We’re feeling a bit grumpy and so instead of writing something new, we are going to send you to last year’s write up.  Just remember to cross out 9th and make it 10th.  And change the date, because last year it was on May 5.  Here’s the link.

And by the way – we hope you will follow the link and read all the info about grumps.   Getting rid of the grumpiness would help morale and productivity a lot.  Maybe even help us get more engaged in our work.  Maybe even keep a bunch of us from quitting once there are more jobs available.
