Good morning.
Today I woke up at 2:30, 3:30, 4:00, 4:30 and 5:00. Deep breathing exercises didn’t seem to be working.
Finally, I did what I often say I’m going to do when this happens. Instead of tossing and turning and turning and tossing…I got up, got dressed and went outside for a run. Pitch black dark, I decided to drive to a stair step machine.
By the time I got home, the sun was up and I saw the bales of pine needles that had been waiting for me. So I spread ten of them. Don’t you love the look of fresh pine needles?
Got back inside and was so energized!!! I took care of three household details that I pushed to the back burner, then got ready for work.
And wow – now I’m here before anyone else.
Great way to start the day.
I hope I’ll do this more often.
