Leadership & Management Coach, Jan Bolick, recently earned certification as an ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner), awarded by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).

This is Jan’s third coaching certification.  She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a Coach U Certified Graduate (CUCG) .  These three certifications have required a total of 230 classroom hours, 40 hours of practice sessions and 800 hours of paid coaching sessions.

Jan chose to pursue the ELI-MP because she believes the Energy Leadership Index (assessment tool) provides additional depth to the coaching services she already provides to business leaders who want to boost individual and team morale, productivity, engagement, retention and performance.
