9 Ways to Do Less & Get More Done

The Get-It-Done Guy's 9 Step Guide to Do Less & Get More Done

Heard an interview with Stever Robbins, the Get-It-Done Guy, who came out with this new book.  Two tips I loved:

1.  Beat procrastination by speed-dating  your tasks.  He says, “You can face anything if it’s just for three minutes.”  So he suggests scheduling small, finite periods of time for those tasks that seem too overwhelming to get started on.    And set a timer!

2.  For small decisions…instead of wasting time on the back and forth hashing that  many of us do…flip a coin.  You can always re-flip it!

I plan to read it.  Didn’t even have to flip a coin to decide!

Want to join me?  Get it from your local bookstore.  Or if you don’t have time for a speed date with the bookstore, just click on the book to order from Barnes & Noble.
