In this rough, tough, seemingly heartless, bottom-line oriented world of strategizing for survival through takeovers, layoffs and budget cuts, don’t you love it when people do business with heart?
They seem to love their work. They get the job done. They really care. They make you feel good. They warm your heart doing business with heart.
It’s great for morale. Great for productivity. Great for staff retention and customer loyalty.
A really cool thing is that the more people do business with heart….the more people will do business with heart. And as more people do business with heart…even more people will do business with heart.
I know people in North Carolina who do business with heart.
And in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Utah and D.C.
Does anyone in Alabama or Arkansas do business with heart?
What about Alabama or Alaska? Or Colorado, Kentucky or New York? Or Oregon or Idaho?
Just wondering. Sure would be great if there were people everywhere doing business with heart.
