For someone in your personal life. For someone in your professional life.
Many of us say to ourselves and/or, ” What difference can I make? I’m just little ol’ me.”

Which leads me to…how about putting this quote up early and keeping it up for a while? How about using it as an agenda item for Friday’s or Monday’s staff meeting? Lead a group discussion with questions such as:
- What does your organization do to make a difference in the world?
- What does each department do to make a difference in the organization?
- What does each person do?
- What more could each person do?
* But I would like to put in a plug for making a positive difference using positive methods (not lots of biting that results in lots of red bumps that itch like crazy).
