Football season has just begun and so our feature film is from the locker room…a scene from the movie Any Given Sunday.
This is a good one to show your team if they need encouragement to keep on pushing, inch by inch, toward the goal.
In case football isn’t your thing or in case showing a movie with this message is not the best next step for your team…
don’t worry! There are many other options in our cineplex. Scroll below to see all the choices. You can watch one or all for the same price.
So grab some popcorn and enjoy!
Feature #1: Any Given Sunday. For encouragement to keep pushing inch by inch as a TEAM. Preview for language.
Feature #2 – If your team isn’t taking the needed next steps, perhaps fear is holding them back. Show the Quick Sand clip from The Replacements to get some discussion started. It may be just what they need to get moving.
Feature #3 – If your office is crazy busy and conversation about next steps creates high anxiety because how could anyone possibly take any more steps…woo!…show this clip to show them that you understand. And that what you would like to do is slow things down. Re-focus on outcomes. And take the next steps that are most likely to have the biggest impact. And that next step right now may be to show them this video: Too Much To Do, a song on Sparkadia’s debut album called Postcards.
Feature #4 – If your office is crazy busy but you suspect it’s a bunch of busy work as opposed to strong purposeful action directed toward specific desired outcomes, show our Movie of the Week: Stop the Busyness (Ants Happy at Work) and use the accompanying discussion questions with your group.
Feature #5 – And in case you need a reminder about the power you as a leader can have by helping people determine things like purpose, desired outcomes, direction and next steps, watch this clip from the film Coach Carter.
