Theme of the Week: New starts. New endings.

The first half of 2010 is over; the second half  about to start.*

If we keep doing what we’re doing and getting the results we’re getting,  are we going to end up where we want to end up for the year?

If not…what are we going to do about it? 

We can’t start over but we can make a new start and get a new ending.

How?  That’s what this week is all about.

*If  your organization is just now starting FY 2011,  then you ARE making a new start  in terms of budget and operating plan, etc.  But you probably have the same people and the same problems.   And the same approach to things.   Just like the rest of us.  What can you do or start now to make a new ending?
