Note: If you want to get 2 goal, it’s critical that you know what it is. If you want to be a better manager it’s also critical that you be able to share your dream or vision clearly and succinctly with others.

Years ago, I read about an interview with Oprah Winfrey in which Marcia Weider asked Oprah about her dream. Oprah said that it was “to create a company where people could have fun, where people could come together, make a contribution to her organization, and then give back to the world.”
Upon hearing this answer, the viewing audience went wild. And then Oprah stuck the microphone back in Marcia’s face and said, “‘What’s your dream?’”
Now – I am sticking the microphone in your face.
What’s your dream?
What is it that you want?
Really?
What is it that you really, really, really want?
At home?
At work?
Today?
This week?
This month?
This year?
****
What will happen if you ignore this nudge and don’t decide on your dreams?
Many people will lose out on what might have come from them…
and you…
you will lose your chance.
