  1. Smoothies! Don’t have time to cook a hearty breakfast? Throw a bunch of fruit and some yogurt in a blender. Toss some flaxseed oil, protein powder, etc. for some added nutrition. I find that on days when I eat (or drink) a healthy breakfast, I get more quality work done in less time. It also saves me from a lot of cleanup since bacon and egg dishes are much harder to clean than a blender.I’m actually drinking a smoothie as I write this. Mmmm! from Cassie at mamasontheweb.com

  2. To-do lists you say? Off with their heads! I completely deleted all of my to-do lists and started from scratch. What a relief! If an item has been on your to do list for weeks or even months, either get someone else to do it or accept the fact that it’s not going to get done.
