It Ain’t Over

Baseball Week at Business Class ends today.  But that doesn’t mean we’ll put  aside the lessons learned from it.  Nor the great morale and productivity building opportunities it brings – whether on the field, in the stands or even in the office.

How about you?  How will you “enjoy the season”?

  1. Do you have a team?
  2. Will you take your team out to a ball game and enjoy peanuts, Cracker Jacks and the 7th inning stretch together?
  3. Will you keep our Quote of the Week posted on your computer, bulletin board and other prominent places?
  4. Will you share stories with a struggling staff member or team about some or all of the Business Failures or Famous Fools that struck out but kept on swinging?
  5. Will you gather your group for one or more of our suggested movies this week?
  6. At your next sales meeting, will you read outloud our Quote of the Week,  pass a Baby Ruthbaby ruth to each person and then close by saying:  “Keep swinging“?
  7. After a really good and successful week, will you pass out boxes of Cracker Jacks cracker jackswith notes attached that say,  “Thanks for a Cracker Jack week!”

Let us know how you put these tips and tools to work.    Tell us about other ideas you have.  Send us pictures.

One last thing – if no one is coaching you through the strike outs, helping you improve your swing, your stance and your timing…

If no one is encouraging you every time you go up to bat or out in the field….

If no one is going crazy cheering for you when you make a hit or a homerun or a fantastic catch…

that’s not right.

Don’t let the season go another day without any of that.

Get someone to do all of the above.  Someone like us.  So that you can confidently swing for the fences, have fun doing it – and even knock the cover off the ball!

Or if you have a team and would like to do all of that for them, but don’t know how…we’d love to help you with that as well.
