Customer Service 101 – Assignments for Class #3

If you are just auditing this class, this assignment is optional.
It’s an easy one though.

As you are out and about, pay attention extras.
Whether it’s an item or a service or an atmosphere.
Just notice the things other people and businesses do.
Things that exceed your expectations.
Things that show they care about their customers.

Ask your staff to join in and ask that they bring their observations to the next staff meeting.
