New! What’s your E-Factor?

We are excited to offer a new resource!

One that will help leaders be  better leaders and coaches – enabling them to  improve morale and productivity; engagement and retention;  and overall performance.

From the creator of the ELI, Bruce Schneider and iPEC Coaching:

The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities.  And changes the way people view their world.

There are no limits as to the potential growth that you can achieve. Once you realize that your level of consciousness is directly related to your actions, you can move from functioning effectively, to functioning optimally.

As part of the Energy Leadership Index assessment and debrief process,  participants learn about the seven levels of leadership,  about the distinctions between anabolic and catabolic energy, and how much of each they are currently accessing and resonating.  This knowledge and awareness alone enables people to access higher energy levels and become more effective, more inspirational leaders.

To make arrangements to take the ELI index for yourself or your teammates, send an email to Jan@BusinessClassInc.com
