Rain leads us to rainbows and rainbows lead us to pots of gold…..unless we get tricked along the way. Or rained out. Or washed up.
Happens all the time. Enough to make us seriously question the existence of pots of gold.
But just in case…if they did exist…what would be in your pot of gold? Let’s start small – what is your definition of success for today? What would be in that pot of gold? Why would it be valuable to you? If you ask your team members the same questions, what would they say?
