Top 10 Celebrations in 2010

Silly celebrations can make things fun.  Lighten the load.  Break the tension.  They can even boost sales, morale and productivity.

But  it’s important to remember that the foundation of good morale and productivity is to hire the right people, give them clear roles, responsibilities, goals and expectations.  And give them good training and coaching which direction, feedback, recognition and support from a trusted manager or coach.

Here are 10 from 2010 that got the most traffic. We plan to suggest a few each month in 2011, so please keep coming back.  And feel free to send us your suggestions.

  1. Cranky Co-Workers Day
  2. Halloween
  3. Frozen Yogurt Day
  4. National Grouch Day
  5. National Cat Herder’s Day
