Got cranky co-workers?
We give gifts to our mothers on Mother’s Day; to our fathers on Father’s Day, etc etc
Are we supposed to give gifts to cranky co-workers on Cranky Co-Worker Day?
Most of us would rather give them a kick in the pants (or worse).
But let’s see…
what might have more lasting and positive impact?
Here are three suggestions:
1. Take a look at 10 Reminders About Angry Customers. In particular, this one in blue which you can post to your computer screen(instructions below).
2. Add a crank session to the agenda of your next staff meeting. For ideas on this, see #6 in 10 Ways to Get & Keep the Grump Out. It will be good for the cranky co-workers’ morale and productivity – and for all who work around them.
3. Get help from Vinnie. Click on him and you will land in just the right place for curing co-worker crankiness.
Vinnie will make sure of it. One bite at a time.
All three of these suggestions would be very nice gifts for the cranky co-workers in your life AND all who work around them.
