Obviously, there’s a lot at stake when mistakes are made.    And when they are met by masterful mistake management, there is much to celebrate.

  4. More people are involved in helping to create and implement them.
  5. Fewer mistakes are made.
  6. When they are made, more people will be ready to react and respond the way we would, if not better.

  8. Reaction/respond time will be faster.
  9. Customers will be happier.
  10. Fewer customers will be lost.
  11. Customers will be more committed to us.
  12. Fewer team members will be lost.
  13. Productivity will be higher.
  14. Team  morale will be higher.
  15. We will have more time for proactive work.
  16. We will make more of our goals.
  17. People will have more confidence in us.
  18. They will be talking at the water cooler about how we’ve become much better managers.

That would be a lot to celebrate!
