What interferes with performance?

When working with individual clients and teams to build peak performance,  we want to know about anything that’s causing interference.   This is critical because even the smallest  item left unattended can turn into the king and queen of interference, low  morale and productivity.

Next – highlight the ones you have control over.  Any amount of control at all.  Now select the top three  items.  The ones that are having the biggest negative impact on morale and productivity – therefore interfering the most with performance.
